About a week ago I got a malware, read only called C:WINDOWS\System32\winlogin.exe
I can't seem to get rid of it with Windows defender or Microsoft Security Essentials. they don't even recognize it's there. my AVAST detects it, but will only block it from opening and will not remove it. It is causing me to have to jump through hoops to even get online and prevents me from doing a system restore. I'm not very bright when it comes to computer problems. what can I do? Please keep it as simple as possible. Thanks!1 person needs an answerI do too
